Our wedding collection and made-to-order collection and takes 4 to 8 weeks for production and dispatch, depending on the garment’s design and style.
Other ready collection’s Delivery within India takes 2 to 3 business days and internationally takes 10 to 15 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, only responsible for making you look gorgeous and feeling fabulous! Please do note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and that all orders require a signature upon receipt.
